Cancellation Policy
A 95% cancellation fee will be charged for any no-shows or cancelations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointments. Rescheduling is not allowed within 48 hours of an appointment. If you’re more than 15 minutes late for your appointment it will be considered a no-show. More than 5 minutes late for a bang trim or abbreviated appointment will be considered a no-show
